These Pilates classes are run by Oxford Sports Physio and Pilates who are pleased to offer both in person and online sessions. The classes are run as a course and need to be booked as a block of sessions. If you are a beginner, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a 1:1 assessment prior to your first session. The classes take place downstairs in the Multi Purpose Room, and please bring a mat and a small towel to use as head support.
Gill has a clinical background as a nurse, and a wealth of experience teaching Pilates, particularly for back pain and chronic conditions. The level of these classes will depend on the experience of the participants. Gill can give various options from more challenging to more beginner levels to accommodate all abilities.
