The University Club is open to all staff, retired staff, postgraduate students and alumni of the University of Oxford, and we look forward to welcoming you.
The University Club is open to all as a benefit of being a member of the University. The previous membership options have been replaced, and all staff (including fixed-term and temporary), retired staff, postgraduate students and alumni now have automatic access to the Club with a valid University Card. Family and friends are welcome to visit the club when accompanied by somebody from one of these groups with a valid University ID.
Usually not. However, if you are fourth year or above and your college treats you as equivalent to a Graduate student, you may be eligible. You will need confirmation from your college stating that you are 'equivalent status to a Graduate student'.
We welcome children and young people. We ask that parents supervise their children in the club and respect other customers. The Club asks that children are not left unsupervised at any time. Under-15s may not enter the bar area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
We encourage staff to enjoy the café offerings as much as possible, but you are welcome to eat a packed lunch if using the area to work and meet with colleagues.
