Full day hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Morning half day: 09:00 - 12:30 and Afternoon half day: 13:00 - 17:00.

Please be aware, bookers are required to provide a cost code at the time of making their booking. This is not required if you are a staff member of Estates Services. 

One portable monitor is available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared between rooms. If laptops or other equipment is needed, please be advised to bring your own.

Food and refreshments

Food and refreshments can be purchased in the onsite Beyond Ordinary café, or hospitality can be ordered through the Helpdesk via Compass view hospitality options here. We are also able to host gatherings in the cafe area, such as talks and staff engagement events.

If you are a member of University or College staff, and would like to make a room booking during the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, please contact reception@club.ox.ac.uk or call (0)1865 271044.
