Non-member booking

Our accommodation is available to book by members of the University, guests affiliated with the University or those visiting events taking place within the University. This includes the Collegiate University and Colleges are welcome to make bookings. The Club can only accommodate adults (aged 18 and over). Babies/children sharing a room with adults cannot be accommodated. We do not accept bookings for stag/hen parties or similar events.

Accommodation Booking Guidance

Our online accommodation booking system is hosted by Oxford University Sport.

If you are a new user, please follow the below steps to set up an account. This will enable you can make a booking, arrange online payment and review your booking details.

Apply for a new user account


  1. Use the following link to create a new account: Create a new user account. Complete the form in full and then select the 'Pay as you go' option for Club Accommodation bookings.
  2. Once you have created your login, you will receive an email including a member ID number and a link to log in and book. Please use these details to log in.
  3. The first time you log in, you must enter your email and select ‘forgotten your password’ to set up a password. A further email will be sent with a link to set up a password.
  4. Enter your member ID number and your chosen password to continue. 
  5. Once your password is set, you can now make a room booking.  


To book our accommodation, you must set up a user login. See the above guidance.

Then please follow the below steps to arrange your stay with the Club.

  1. Log in to our booking system using your email and password.
  2. Once you have logged in, click on the ‘What’s on at’ drop-down box and choose University Club Mansfield to see the bedroom options for booking.
  3. The system will then prompt you to select the date you want to check in; any [available rooms or dates] will be shown in green.
  4. After confirming an available date, please select the type of room required and click on 15.00 (the earliest check-in time) to add this to your basket. Select the next date for more than one night and repeat until the number of nights required has been added.
  5. Click ‘book and check out’, then ‘pay with card’. This will then link through to the University’s online payment system. Please enter the required details and complete the payment to secure the booking. 
  6. An email will be sent once the payment is processed.

Please note invoice payment bookings are only available within the Collegiate University. Please complete the enquiry form if you would like to request a booking to be paid by invoice.
